Community Guidelines

SCROLLmySTORY is a place to share faith-centered stories, encouragement, questions, creativity, and community. We want it to be welcoming, constructive, and safe for people with different experiences and perspectives.

What belongs here

• Testimony, encouragement, creative work, and faith-centered conversation.
• Sincere questions and respectful discussion.
• Disagreement without attacking or demeaning another person.
• Reports about content that may be unsafe or does not follow these guidelines.
• Blocking an account when you do not want to interact with that person.

Respectful theological disagreement is not, by itself, a violation. We focus on behavior and safety.

Keep the community respectful and safe

Do not use SCROLLmySTORY for profanity or vulgar language, personal attacks, harassment, bullying, slurs, hate speech, threats, doxxing, intimidation, sexual or exploitative content, coercive faith-based harassment, scams, impersonation, spam, unsafe requests for personal information, or attempts to evade a moderation action.

Context matters. A quotation, educational discussion, satire, testimony, or request for help may be reviewed differently from content intended to harm, target, exploit, or deceive.

Reporting and blocking

Use the in-app Report Content option when something concerns you, and include details when they help explain the concern. You can also block an account to stop interaction with that account. Reporting or blocking does not automatically mean a violation occurred.

How we may respond

• Close a report when no violation is found.
• Issue a warning.
• Remove content.
• Temporarily restrict an account while a concern is reviewed.
• Remove an account for severe or repeated harm.

We use the least action that reasonably protects people and the community. SCROLLmySTORY does not promise 24/7 monitoring or emergency response. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate local crisis resource.
